Clothing: When she goes to meetings, she wears a simple green business dress. When she's out in the regular world, she wears a green jersey wrap halter top, a blue hi-low wrap skirt, a yellow belt, and brown sandals.
Personality: Arika is very laid back, though she is very sharp minded. She's happy to stay quiet and speak only when needed to. She cares for those she considers her friends, and since she's so friendly, she gets a long with a lot of nations, though there are a few she considers she's close with. She looks to Portugual as her older brother, though the two can have fights like normal siblings. She's able to hold her own if she was to ever get in a fight, verbal or physical, and she tends to send insults at people in Portuguese. While she is friends with France, she doesn't tolerate his pervertedness and will punch him if he makes passes at her.
