The McDonalds employee looks sheepishly at the driver at the drive-thru window.

Alfred smirks triumphantly as he watches the driver finish his order and move up. He drives to the drive-thru window.
Four Big Macs, please! No, sorry, make it eight! I'm hungry today!

That will take an awfully long time to prepare, sir. Are you sure?

I'm sure, dude!

Alfred drives up to the pay window and stuffs eight five-dollar bills into the opening window.

The employee grins and hands Alfred $3.28 in change.

England finally approaches the drive-thru. No one had been behind America. Maybe they had left due to the fight that had gone on between America and another driver.
